Outrageous Affairs, is a success story well over a decade in the making! Owners Ron Timberlake and Tom Beene have impressed their clients with good food and a rare sense of savoir faire. They can provide the elegant dinner party for a few, orchestrate a simply beautiful wedding for hundreds, or mastermind a corporate party for 3,500. To quote the owners “Celebrations come in all shapes and sizes”, and they have helped folks successfully celebrate all of them.
Tom Beene and Executive Chef Ron Timberlake make a fabulous team. Tom has personally overseen some of the city’s largest events. Such as the 1993 State Fair Gala which filled the Fair Park Coliseum for dinner, dancing, and a Clint Black performance. Ron is a professional chef, having taught catering for a number of years. Together, they can conceptualize, execute, and oversee a party of any size with ease.
The Outrageous Affairs cuisine has a showbiz quality to it. Great attention is given to the smallest details, whether it is a perfectly executed luncheon for an office conference or an action station at a buffet. Even simple dinner menus always include unusual touches that prompt the question “Who’s the caterer?”. There is always the element of delighted surprise and attention to detail. Not surprisingly, the duo are perfectionists.
